TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me, you fully agree to these terms of service. Therefore, it’s important that you read it thoroughly and understand it. If you have any questions regarding the ToS (terms of service), please ask these before we enter into an agreement.We’re in full agreement when the payment has been transferred.

GENERAL:

  • The artist reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason without having to disclose why.

  • All customers must be at least 18. I do not accept commissions from minors.

  • The commissioner must provide me with correct, up-to-date and clear reference images of the characters they want commissioned. If anything in the reference material isn’t correct it’s the commissioner’s responsibility to inform me before I begin any work on the commission.

  • The character(s) the customer wants commissioned must belong to them or have the original owners written consent for using them.

  • I do not draw NSFW. It’s the artist’s decision what counts as NSFW or SFW.

Payment:

  • Payment must always be upfront and transferred in a timely manner before any work on the commission will be done.

  • Do not transfer your payment before we have agreed on you getting a commission slot.

  • The default currency used is EURO or SEK.

  • Payment options I accept is PayPal or Swish (SEK only).

  • I do NOT accept e-checks.

REFUNDS:

  • Refunds in any shape or form will not be available if the commission has been completed.

  • A full refund will be returned if the commissioner cancels the commission before any work on it has been started.

  • If work on the commission has been started, a partial refund can be returned depending on how much work has been done on the commission.

  • If the artist cancels the commission, the customer will get a full refund.

Usage and Copyright:

  • The artist retains full rights to the commissioned artwork and has the full rights to display it on any personal website, gallery, social media, journal, portfolio or similar venue.

  • The customer retains the full rights to their respective character(s).

  • The customer may use the commissioned artwork for personal use and on their social medias. If the artwork is displayed publicly proper credit to the artist has to be clearly displayed or stated.

  • The customer may make prints of the artwork if it’s for personal use only.

  • The customer may not in any way profit from the commissioned artwork. This includes any form of sale of the artwork in either digital or physical form.

  • The customer can purchase the full rights to the picture for an additional fee that the artist decides.

  • If the customer wants to use the commissioned artwork for example merch, company logos, etc. this needs to CLEARLY be stated before an agreement is made.

Any breach of this ToS will incur severe penalties for the customer. This may range from a cancelled commission, blacklisting or legal action. The consequences are up to the artist to decide.Any legal actions will fall under Swedish law and be settled in a Swedish court, specifically in the district court of Uppsala.Questions and concerns can be sent to my e-mail address:
